Personally, I think UFC has the better fighters overall, if you match up weight classes, although there would be some interesting fights, especially 170lb.

Many of the UFC fighters look like they weigh 180 pounds of muscle but really are only 145 and are very strong. How can they achieve this? Urijah Faber (WEC featherweight) and Mike Brown (WEC featherweight champ) are both 145 but look more muscular than people i know who are 160, 165 and stuff…how come?
