Does anyone know what kind of training and diet UFC fighters use to get in such good shape?
Not interested in the actual fight training. Just what kind of strength cardio or whatever.

Some of them use Tae-Bo some of them like Matt Hughs have had there trainer put together specific types of workouts for them. You should join a gym and get a personal trainer. And their diets mostly contain protein and meat like beef, pork,fish. They don’t eat that many vegetables,but they do eat some. They drink water and sports drinks.

Those guys work out like 6hrs a day. That’s there job. Most of them do some type of martial arts
