Militech Fighting Systems in Iowa also has a bunch of top tier fighters. Team Quest and American Top Team are pretty good too. Fedor came from Russian Top Team, but now fights out of Red Devil in Russia. Unfortunately, like The Pit, which produced Chuck Liddell, no other top fighters came from either of these camps.
