1 they are legal…they just dont work that often, so they’re not tried that often.
2 there is really no such thing as men throwing ice bombs.
3 largely it is movie choreographed fighting moves. and nothing more. same goes with virtually every other martial art movie ever made.

It’s because…

1. MMA is a sport not a death match
2. Those Fancy moves wouldn’t work anyway
3. Some of those moves are illegal
4. It’s impossible for a human to have lazer powers (or whatever it is)
