i don,t think so i feel it can protect you if 5 guys that have a weapon one has a knife the other has a bat and one other has an iron tire and one has a sledge hammer, it would be better to know some martial arts at less you can get a chance to get a way, or fight some of them, so i think it,s usefull if you are at the orange level.i was in it but it was use less you need to have your orange to protect your self, on the streets
