cant really help u with that, but if u havent watched k1 fights i suggest u do… there u probably find a move u like. also when they misses a kick they most likeley to be out of balance, so try counter strong hit them with a lowkick just above the knee is a common move in k1, Peace

ok man, thankyou for all your advice, im still practising punches and kicks. Trying to get and good counter at the moment for when a round house misses. Im constantly finding my self side on to the opponent with no defense.

long time since u posted this comment XD it is a muoy thai stance he showed and the hands are far out too better protect against kicks too the head… a good kick is moore powerful than a punch so the boxing guard dosent work good against it beacuse the feet can hit the back of your head and the leg can still go trough the guard, so when hands far out u can block the kick further out… to the cost of your arms tho ^^ also it will be easier too grab a round house kick to the body. Peace

In a street fight this stance doesn’t offer protection for the groin so watch for the family jewels.

why are the elboms so far out and why keep your hands out in front of your head?

if he hasn’t taken you down already
you uppercut him until he falls

Should have his back leg further back too, stop from a single/double leg shoot.

What other strike angles would there be in MMA that’s not in Muay Thai?

elbows should be tucked to protect your body if you fight muay thai but that is MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) they have a slightly different stance.

i think for his weight his short so his head is in level with the fist of his ops

maybe my trainer is just old school but I was taught to keep my elbows a little more tucked in for body cover.
