What bas Rutten doing here is a Muay thai kick not MMA kick…the narrator should have made it more clear. Besides He is so much bigger then that muay thai fighter who did the knee test, clearly there are bias here to compare the two. In my opinion, what this video have proved is that Muay thai weapone is still the hardest and strongest.

I disagree with the Mauy thai being the hardest…Bas rutten proved everyone wrong. So now what was Bas first style he learned? go look it up and i rest my case..heres a hint…OSU!

All this proves is that Bas Ruten has an extremely powerful shin kick.. more powerful than a lighter Thai boxer’s knee

Love bas and his style. however in mma you’ll not see fighters go down like in the video. although it sounds easy, a kick like that is not diffucult to block for pro mma fighters. but when it should land with no block, you go down and you’ll cry like a pig

Daaaannng!!!! Bas kicks so dag on hard that the dummy looked like jello!! It’s no wonder mma fighters fall to the ground so easily after getting hit…. because those kicks and punches are lashing strikes!

Doubt it. Bas is a legend and is known for having ridiculously powerful kicks…he trains like a savage and is one of the best in MMA

just cuz one is bigger doest always mean that he could get more power….muay thai boxers have alot of power ae man but bas is fucken good
